Claris Life IPO to Hit Market on 24 Nov 2010

Claris Lifesciences will come up with an IPO on 24-November-2010. With this IPO company aims to raise Rs. 3 Billion. Price band set for the issue is Rs.278 to 293 per share. IPO opens on 24 november 2010 and closes on 26 November 2010.

The company plans to use this capital to set up a new manufacturing unit, a research and development unit and pre-payment of some term loan.

Subscribe or not: We find the fundamentals of the company healthy. Also the sector has outperformed well in past months. Hence we strongly recommend investors to subscribe for this IPO.
