Nifty future to consolidate further as volumes and liquidity is low

By Bhaveek Patel Leave a Comment

In last few trading session we have seen lackluster in nifty future, range has been very tight due to lack of volumes and liquidity. Traders are waiting for this holiday season to get over, also European leaders will be meeting to resolve European debt crisis. So outcome from this meet will drive nifty future further, also liquidity will return then, if we look at RBI policy we expect CRR cut that would inject Rs.45,000 crore into the banking system. Unless this liquidity arrives nifty future will consolidate with volumes on lower side, traders are likely to return after their New Year holidays. May be from second week of January we will see volumes and liquidity improving.
