Trading in the direction of the trend using Nifty future

By Bhaveek Patel 2 Comments

Traders I will teach you a trading strategy, in which I will explain how you can make large amount of money with higher accuracy. This strategy will follow principle of “Trading in the direction of trading”, whenever we place a trade we should know which direction market will move so that we trade on right side of the trend and make money. If you have ever noticed you will many traders don’t know which way nifty future will actually be moving because they just speculate and don’t bother about doing some analysis. Where as traders knowing the correct direction of trend most makes money, this principle works because trends don’t change overnight in fact market trend are like seasons means it changes but takes time. So if current trend of nifty future is down then in short term (1-2 months) nifty future will also correct (weaken), and trading in direction of trend you will trade short on nifty future. Your entries can be placed with the help of technical indicators like slow stochastic, you can see the image below in this image whenever sell crossover is formed which is above 80 mark, we trade short on nifty future. It’s quite interesting to note that this trading strategy works very well in trending market, i.e. up trend and down trend but for ranges you must avoid trading.

Strategy works!! I am the person making real out of this strategy. When following a trend your trade will have high chances of success.

Very less chance of success when you are trading against the trend.
