All you need to do is just download the excel sheet and follow the procedure in the file. Live open interest for nifty will auto-refresh every 5 minutes.

Can this sheet automatically refresh at a particular interval. Nifty options open interest needs to be tracked carefully so we need live tick by tick open interest.

i am a small trader in options, but now a days it is very difficult to make money in buying options. can you share some options strategies that works well for option writers.
Traders say buying options is less risky as loss is limited to the premium paid. For option writer the risk is unlimited and profit is limited to the premium earned while selling options.
Still in my knowledge the options writers makes more money than the options buyers.
